Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan
In 1999, Miller Paint established the Employee Stock Ownership Program. Qualifying employees become vested in this retirement/stock ownership benefit over a period of time. Contributions are made yearly to these accounts each year based on the value of the company. Every employee can impact that value and Employee Ownership is one of the strongest attributes and benefits about Miller Paint.
