OUR VISION
Our Vision over the 10-year Strategic Plan horizon is to grow at a rate of twice the market growth and attain, by the year 2010, the leading market share leader position amongst all northwest regional architectural paint manufacturing-retailers, and the second overall NW market position. We will strive to reward our ESOP employee-shareholders with consistent and above-market earnings in excess of an 18% Return on Net Assets.
