LIMITED 25 YEAR WARRANTY: If this Acri-Lite™ exterior coating by Miller Paint Co., Inc., when applied in accordance with label instructions and technical data sheets, fails to perform due to peeling, blistering or unusual wear for as long as you own the single-family home to which this paint was applied, then we will either replace the paint free of charge or refund the purchase price, upon presentation of proof of purchase. This warranty, which excludes failure due to deterioration of the underlying surface, structural defects or failure of previous paint, extends only to the owner of the single-family home to which the paint was applied during such owner’s occupancy, may not be transferred or assigned, and is your sole remedy. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR OR THE COST OF LABOR FOR THE APPLICATION OF ANY PRODUCT, AND EXCLUDES ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. For additional information, please see www.millerpaint.com.

Blistering and peeling of exterior house paints down to the bare wood is usually caused by moisture behind the paint film. Moisture pressure forces the paint away from the surface. Sources of excess moisture in the wood must be eliminated prior to repainting. Old, unsound multiple coat paint systems may be subject to peeling when repainted due to the added weight and stress created by paint layers. In such cases, all old paint layers must be removed back to bare wood before repainting.

The contents of this can should be well stirred or boxed by pouring from one can to another to assure color uniformity. More than one can of the same color should be mixed together as you progress with your work. Check color before painting, not responsible for application of wrong shade. Custom colors are not returnable.
