LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: If this Miller Paint Evolution Exterior Paint, when applied in accordance with label instructions and technical data sheet, blisters or peels for as long as you own the single-family home to which this paint was applied, then Miller Paint Co., Inc. will either provide an equivalent paint product in an amount sufficient for repair free of charge, or refund the original purchase price, but only upon presentation of original proof of purchase. This warranty, which excludes failure due to deterioration of the underlying surface, structural defects or failure of previous paint, inadequate surface preparation or application of the product, extends only to the owner of the single-family home to which the paint was applied during such owner’s occupancy, may not be transferred or assigned, and is your sole and exclusive remedy. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR OR THE COST OF LABOR FOR THE APPLICATION OF ANY PRODUCT, AND EXCLUDES ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Blistering and peeling of exterior house paints down to the bare wood is usually caused by moisture behind the paint film. Moisture pressure forces the paint away from the surface. Sources of excess moisture in the wood must be eliminated prior to repainting. Old, unsound multiple coat paint systems may be subject to peeling when repainted due to the added weight and stress created by paint layers. In such cases, all old paint layers must be removed back to bare wood before repainting.

The contents of this can should be well stirred or boxed by pouring from one can to another to assure color uniformity. More than one can of the same color should be mixed together as you progress with your work. Check color before painting, not responsible for application of wrong shade. Custom colors are not returnable.
